rustom motorcycle shop based just outside milan, italy, has released their next-generation café racer ‘triumph forty’. creators mattia and roberto have an extensive history of customized motorcycles with a dream of establishing a great workshop. 

the ‘triumph forty’ is based on the classic 2002 ’bonneville’ model with a 790 cc engine. performance enhancements include bigger intake and exhaust engine ducts, with a lower engine head and higher compression ratios. the front was concealed with matching telescopic covers and were lowered with a modern spring and preloaded modification. the italians custom built the rear swingarm and the pair of 18 inch aluminum wheels. 

the rider’s experience has changed with a custom made handlebar, accompanied by an integrated navigation system, touch controls and bluetooth connectivity with the helmet. OLED instrumentals with warning lights add a burst of light to the bespoke seat and handgrips. all together mattia and roberto spent 300 hours shaping and forming the rustom ‘triumph forty’ motorcycle.
