Levitation Keys by Levi Teles from portugal

This project consists in a base to hold home keys, in order to prevent those frequent forgettings of keys at home. The product consists of a magnetic system that allows the base where objects are held, to levitate. It also has a warning light that focuses on the base, serving as an extra reminder.
The materials used were chosen in order to take advantage of it's characteristics and thus to better suit the concept.
The product's shape inspiration comes from volcanic rocks that transmit lightness and peace sensations through it's shapes. Cork, a typical material of the portuguese region, with it's properties that make it highly resistant and at the same time light, also possesses the color and rugosity similar to those of a stone.
