ARTISTIC QUALITIES.- We are Latin Americans and we have noticed the little appreciation that has the local people by native materials of our country Ecuador, constituting the reason why our artistic vein centers on Tagua, Caña guadua and Chonta. In addition with two perpendicular lines and inclined to each side as an abstraction of lines are used as our ancestors painted face.

It is highly durable, easy to work, suitable for various types of finishes and being a plant that can be harvested, this is a renewable resource with low environmental impact.

TECHNOLOGICAL QUALITIES.- As designers of objects, we fancy the idea of merging two different branches into one, the technology with the use of ethnic materials taking into account the functionality based on user needs. Using an already established form style glasses, we put a feature that can increase the opacity or transparency in our lenses. This device is placed on the right side of the temple lenses, an easily accessible place and aesthetically attractive.
