with most components made from injection molded ABS and a few steel parts, the 100 x 100 x 80mm ‘parrot teleprompter’ weighs just 120 grams and is compact to make carrying around easy. the acrylic beam splitter mirror which offers 70% light transmission, is coated with scratch resistant nanoparticles in order to provide excellent optical clarity for reader and also the video viewers. with the teleprompter which is being funded via its kickstarter campaign, means the actor can read a display in front of the camera and maintain eye contact with their audience.
