GRAPHIC DESIGN, repeating pattern by 44 from netherlands

I set about to work on a pattern, because I felt that this was a very interesting area. Also because there are already wonderful patterns existing in Japanese culture so making one would be hard, but also very rewarding. To make something that fits in with the patterns that already exist I turned to 3D software this would enable me to create something special. And also this is a very new way of making patterns, extracting the patterns from three dimensional models. At first I had problems finding the right way to do this but I soon found my way. The final results can be seen in the material uploaded.
