Mary and Peter are planning a city trip to Reykjavík (Iceland). During the online booking process, Mary reminds Peter to see a nearby bank and ask for 50’000ICK (Iceland Krona), when just a second later, she recognizes a new feature on the Lufthansa website: “Add foreign currency to your booking – powered by Deutsche Bank”. Mary and Peter add 50’000 Iceland Krona to their booking, pay via credit card and are most pleasantly surprised when getting their cash delivered right to their seat on the Lufthansa flight to Reykjavík.
