Banking in your pocket App is an interactive real time mobile application that can be customized to the users’ profile that will deliver information and advice in real-time. The customer considers as high value when a company anticipates his or her needs, especially when it comes to issue-solving. The App will be created as a simple platform that will be easy to use and understandable with the customer; it will be capable of connecting the user with other users with similar needs and inquiries, hence creating a community of mutual help and interaction. The App will sort customers among their profiles, e.g. Student Communities, Newly Parents communities, etc.

Section description
Profile: The user will be required to create a profile; giving details about their life status as well as basic details. Based upon this information the user will have the capability of customizing the app in order to meet the user’s needs. Once the app is fully customized it will provide tips and info that best fits their requirements.
Forum: Real-time problem solving and issue-exchange with other customers and the Deutsche Bank representative team. The user will engage in a real-time dialogue that resolves any possible issue. This section will have a bank of “most-likely-to-happen-scenarios” that will provide an automatic solution to this type of cases. The user will also have the capability of being able to chat live with other customers or to access a forum where he or she will find the solutions for any issue that might arise. This forum will contain a FAQ section, if any situation does not meet the pre-installed solutions, the Deutsche Bank team will quickly address each matter in order to provide the most efficient solution possible.
Meet ups: The customer will be able to book meeting with Deutsche Bank representatives for face-to-face assistance and guidance. Any scheduled meeting will be customized to the customer’s availability and will be located in the Deutsche Bank branch that is more convenient for the customer.
Mobile and Electronic Banking (My Mobile E-DBank) : Link to the customer’s bank account. Real-time information about transactions, account statements and account information. This will be linked to the Resource Manager section. This section will contain a QR-code reader that will be able to scan any information given to the customer via direct mail or within the Deutsche Bank branches. This information will be saved allowing the user to access to it at any time.
Resource Manager: This section will be connected with the Mobile and Electronic banking, it will provide advice and will give a detailed summary of the customer is using his or her financial resources, therefore serving as an advisor on how to spend resources in a wise and more efficient manner.
Personal Advisor: Will provide guidance based on the customer profile, giving out information on any financial obligations and legal diligences that the customer might encounter or be obliged to comply. This advisor will work as “tip generator” on the various aspects of the customer’s life. E.g. Tips on how to anticipate to any insurance payments, tax advice, employment advice, etc.
Branch and ATM locator: The users always needs to know where and when they can withdraw cash from ATM’s as well as the location of Deutsche Bank office branches and affiliated ATM’s. Based on GPS coordinates it will provide the closest Deutsche Bank branch offices and ATM’s, as well as cash-group information to make it easier for the customer to find the closest branch office or ATM.
Video log: This section will be formed by a database of tutorials and testimonies from other customers. The user will be able to scan QR-codes on direct mail or Deutsche Bank branch offices with information on current issues and problem solving. It will also contain links to tutorials on different aspects, from financial obligations to job-hunting tips. The user will be able to store videos so he or she can access to them at any given point.
Pay-by-Phone: Will allow the user to pay in determined businesses or stores with his or her phone. Once the user has located the affiliated business, the app will then launch the payment data, in order to complete the transaction, a retina scan will be performed and the operation will be finalized.
