to mark their support of the serpentine galleries park nights, a series of art, music, literature and film events at the 2014 pavilion in london, high-end fashion brand COS has designed two pairs of limited edition shoes for men and women. based on the shape of the classic brogues, the collection has been re-worked, drawing reference from the COS archive. the ‘serpentine shoes’ for men are made from panels of smooth leather with topstitch detailing and feature a leather sole, cleanly finished edges and padded leather insole for comfort. the women’s shoe also references the classic brogues, which are alternatively designed as a slip-on with a lace-up front and cut-out back. with a stacked leather sole and heel, they also include a padded leather insole for comfort.
