the ‘co-worker’ table by german designer tobias lugmeier supports personal working rituals in a way that is natural and unobtrusive. the integrated piece of furniture offers enough room to store multiple tools that one might need in movable boxes, making them readily available for quick usage, with others hidden underneath. depending on the state of the creative process, the workspace can appear quite different. sometimes lots of paper and pens are required, while at other points just a notebook and cup of tea is all that is needed. a flat and empty table is provided when all cabinets down are pressed down, only needing to be lifted again if certain objects need to be stored away.
