reminding one of colorful shoelaces, the interior of ‘run colors’ concept store by polish studio mode:lina architekci features dynamic lines of rope that bounce off the walls. located in the stary browar shopping centre in poland, the space connects to the brand’s ‘running colors’ theme with the multicolor installation. the dynamic sense of movement refers to the fast movement of a runner and their prismatic shape helps to frame the surrounding items. merging into the floor space, the linear elements cut through the interior – contrasting with the monochrome walls, they draw attention to the shoes on display. dark grey painted antiques and large, old furniture pieces echo their warsaw-based shop, with the carefully articulated touches of color balancing the rope, ‘shoelace’ design.
