the autumn edition of steinbeisser‘s ‘experimental gastronomy’ combines the cooking of bini sharman with the eating tools of nils hint, offering a dining experience that subtly strokes the taste buds.

since 2011, the lloyd hotel‘s cultural embassy has offered a stage to steinbeisser for showcasing the work of young international designers, whom they involve in their programmes that include ‘experimental gastronomy’. on this occasion, one of the hotel rooms of the lloyd becomes a venue where one can enjoy a five course plant-based menu that is made from local vegetarian ingredients. the food is served and consumed using hint’s specially designed cutlery from november 8th to 10th, 2013. find out more info on how to participate here.
