the ‘longboard stroller’ by quinny presents a different approach to urban mobility; re-thinking how parents can commute within a city. the four-wheeled mode of transportation provides an alternative to traveling at longer distances with children in environmentally-friendly manner. collaborating with studio peter van riet to design a refined prototype, the longboard hybrid comes equipped with a full scale stroller and ergonomic handles for added stability and control. although the project is still a concept and in its initial research phases, the company plans to evolve the design over the next months.
