MAISON&OBJET 2025 STRATEGICALLY REORGANIZED TO A DUAL EVENT

Maison&Objet 2025 gears up for an exciting new chapter, unveiling its bold theme ‘Sur/Reality’ while undergoing a major transformation as it reorganizes its January and September editions to better meet the needs of the design, decoration, and lifestyle industries. The January edition marks the start of the restructuring, offering a more tailored and focused approach that enhances the event’s role as a global hub for creativity and business.

The theme, developed in collaboration with Peclers Paris, explores the resurgence of a contemporary neo-Surrealism that taps into fantasy, distortion, and the bizarre. Drawing inspiration from the artistic legacies of surrealist icons like René Magritte and Salvador Dali, Sur/Reality takes form in unexpected objects, playful scenographies, and installations that celebrate the creation of alternative realities – those that free the imagination from the constraints of everyday life and offer a jubilant escape into the absurd.

JANUARY Edition: HOMEWARE, LIMITED EDITIONS & HOSPITALITY FOCUS

As one of the world’s foremost events for professionals in the lifestyle, Maison&Objet continues to uphold its role as a trusted business partner and global trendsetter. Ongoing feedback from the design community has informed the shift to a dual edition approach, designed to provide a better return on investment through targeted offerings in each event.

The January edition has been reimagined with a focus on Collectible Design, presenting a curated selection of limited-edition furniture and unique pieces, catering to the needs of premium residential projects and the high-end hospitality sector. One of the key highlights of this edition is the launch of ‘What’s New? In Hospitality.’ This initiative will feature scenographies and exhibitors specializing in hotels, restaurants, and other third spaces, providing insights and concrete answers to professionals’ needs in the art of entertaining.
