A collaboration between Brooklyn-based developer Tankhouse, acclaimed architecture firm SO – IL, and Danish design brand GUBI, promises an unparalleled New York City living experience where innovative architecture meets thoughtfully curated interiors. 27 luxury homes curated by gubi

Once complete, SO – IL‘s tower at 9 Chapel will introduce 27 luxury homes to the growing Brooklyn neighborhood. Each residence will come to life with interiors designed by SO – IL, where fluid indoor-outdoor flow, high-quality craftsmanship, and breathtaking views come together as one. Covered and uncovered private terraces extend the living areas onto breezy outdoor spaces, while oversized picture windows frame the ever-changing panorama of the city. The interiors will be defined by sculptural white oak butcher block kitchens, complete with islands perfectly suited for hangouts between family and friends. These light elements will contrast beautifully with the dark green glass mosaic tiles wrapping the curving showers.
