Arada, a Sharjah-based developer, has officially commenced sales for Armani Beach Residences, conceptualized by acclaimed Japanese architect Tadao Ando. Nestled on the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah’s artificial islands in Dubai, the luxurious development hosts 53 individually crafted residences, including two presidential suites, all designed and furnished by Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio. Encompassing 90,000 square feet (around 8.361,3 sqm), the property offers high-end amenities, including an exclusive residents-only spa, a versatile function room, a cigar lounge, a cozy movie theatre, a children’s playroom, a landscaped deck area, and a private beach. Throughout the spaces, visitors can take in panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between nature and architecture, a signature touch of Tadao Ando’s design philosophy. The completion of Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah is scheduled for the end of 2026.
