‘city gardens’ by PTW architects
‘city gardens’, an architectural project set in the parklands of ho chi minh city, vietnam is designed by australian firm PTW architects. it is a large residential development comprising of seven sculpted towers of varying heights. this 127,500 square meter complex provides 926 apartments with access to various tenant amenities. the living options vary between one, two to three bedroom apartment units, ideal for young professionals and growing families.
the three tallest towers are approximately 110m high offering extensive view out from its balconies. the curvilinear facade derives its influence from the rolling hillsides of rice plantations found in rural vietnam. as implied by its name, this inner city gated community with its 17,500m2 garden area offers a tranquil sanctuary away from the surrounding hustle and bustle of the city’s business center. ‘city gardens’ is set to be completed in this year.
