dutch architectural firm 123DV have transformed a former ammunition factory into taets art and conference center in zaandam, netherlands. to captivate the existing features of the building, new rooms did not interfere with the original metal structure and wooden ceiling. using LED lights on the wall, rooms have visually different features from its heritage look. wooden frames are added to the old slender metal windows. the central conference room has an oval shape, with a copper clad wall.
