‘new york residence’ by iosa ghini architects

currently under construction in budapest, hungary is ‘new york residence’ a new building
designed by massimo iosa ghini architects. the project includes an expansion of
the new york palace boscolo luxury hotel including 60 new rooms, a conference with
a 500 seat auditorium, a commercial gallery and business centre plus 140 condiminiums.

the building is due to be completed by june of this year.
