the project, which earned the team an honorable mention, features a dominant interplay of colour and its sensorial connection to music. consisting of clusters of cylindrical structures, the design is arranged on the coast of the river, connecting the harbor, ferry terminal, wharf and port market in its master plan. a bridge lit up to resemble a rainbow links the center to the kaohsiung beach, serving as a transitional promenade in between the two programs.
