adam macháček and sébastien bohner are a czech-swiss duo of young graphic designers who work in the city of lusanne, switzerland. they were exhibiting in the milky way of central european design project at superstudio corso where they temporarily moved their studio, and were found working on graphic design projects. presented were their vibrant graphic posters and books.

this double-sided poster was designed for ‘the pope smoked dope’, a festival on rock music and alternative visual culture and can be folded as a jacket for the exhibition catalog.
visual identity for oloom
oloom is a group of designers who do interior design and architecture. the visual identity that macháček and bohner produced for them is based on elements from metal toy kits by merkur. as well as print material, there is a metal poster which has perforated pieces that can be punched out and used as a key chain.

macháček and bohner were invited by komfort magazine to design a motif for a summer blanket. their inspiration came from the fringes of the blanket. the duo multiliplied the fringe and that’s how ‘fee’, a hungarian dog came into existence.

‘the collectors: live re-edit’ poster designed to promote the exhibition catalog for a private collection of contemporary czech and slovak art owned by the marek twins. everything on the graphic is seen through a viewer’s skull.
