‘scroll chair’ by chinese designer xu gongwei is derived from the traditional scroll used in chinese painting and calligraphy. the involute curved structure of the chair provides good elasticity and support. the seat can be made from a bent stainless steel, carbon fibre and extruded PVC. the chair can be used indoors or out.
