for the second time designboom is going to sydney, presenting a mart exhibition of more than 30 design talents from all over the world from august 13th – 15th, 2010.
as part of the cultural program of sydney design inside the powerhouse museum, designboom provides an unprecedented opportunity to meet the young avant-garde and become familiar with their work. international designers will share know-how and discuss their creative process with other like-minded professionals and people from different cultural backgrounds.
you will be able to see, touch, hear about and purchase many intelligent, useful and quirky items for a symbolic price. just make sure you bring enough cash!

in september, we will be hosting our first ever mart in spain as part of valencia disseny week! the designboom mart will be a lively night market (open in the afternoon and evening only), built within a real market space located in the city’s historic city centre, and the event will run from september 28th – october 2nd, 2010. the call for participation is now open. for more information on how to register, click here.
