vincent van duysen next to the totem from pastoe
belgian architect vincent van duysen designed ‘totem’ a new cabinet for dutch furniture manufacturer pastoe. features of the cabinet include shelves which can be turned independently of each other and are divided into segments by broad bands. the cabinet was presented during milan design week 2010 and dutch design double 2010.

totem is constructed of separate square bodies. they can be opened or closed on one side and you can put horizontal shelves in them. it is also possible to place a vertical partition down the center. ‘totem’ is available in all the colors and finishes in the pastoe collection, including veneer.
