‘rabbit chair’ by seungji mun
korean designerseungji mun has created ‘rabbit chair’, influenced by the thought of a rabbit frolicking in the heart of city, jumping around in stiff and stark space. the chair is derived from composing a rabbit’s ears using an iron frame and a rabbit’s body looking sponge. the form intends us to feel comfortable due to a bottom board plate only full of sponge. wherever this couch is placed, the place will regain vitality like a rabbit jumping around.
