we have just received images of david carter‘s newest concept – smallest boutique hotel in london named 40 winks. carter’s restored four- story queen anne townhouse was built in 1717, and is situated in east london. the hotel has just two bijou guest bedrooms furnished with an eclectic mix of old and new.
