using natural chewing gum sourced from the rainforests of mexico, an interactive installation was powered by the participating visitors – making them an essential part of the show. individuals were asked to make little sculptures of their own liking using the ‘working materials’ of gum made from an ancient process known in mexico long before the aztec empire.

the sculptures were then put on display and assigned a number, as each piece will become a part of an online gallery. in doing this exhibition, the show hopes to make people think about the future of materials.
