the amsterdam design house springtime, developed an e-bike focused on the student lifestyle named ‘adam.’ (where a’dam is short for the captial city). the team researched different cycling behaviors in the city for days, finally coming up with a single-speed 20 inch bike that incorporates a front wheel hub motor designed to assist the rider in tough tiresome times. it includes a detachable battery located on the handlebar that is also an adaptable speaker and power cell. the project has no substantial plans to bring ‘adam.’ to the market.
