‘hollows’ by yael zwickel
israeli designer yael zwickel has introduced a unique way of expressing an intervention through
her project ‘hollows’ by using a rotation molding technology. the mold’s rotational speed changes
during the furniture production resulting in each final piece to become one of a kind.
the cutting exposes a fascinating surface transforming it into functional storage space.
