Light Box is a compact portable lamp. It is a plastic box with a flexible OLED bended in. The size of Light Box is similar to the size of a cigarette box which is a very handy size of an object to be carried around. The plastic box consists of two plastic parts for outside shell, two plastic parts for battery case and a plastic part as a door for battery case. All plastics are made of injection-moulded plastic and in white. Light Box cannot be unassembled once they are fixed by ultrasonic welding. A top cap is fixed on the top of the box for preventing the OLED being pulled out of it. The flexible OLED is wrapped by a rubber sheet which is 1 mm in thickness for enhancing its durability and powered by three AA batteries which can be stored in the box. The OLED connects to the batteries through four copper springs on the side of the box. The brightness of Light Box is depending on how much the OLED is exposed from the box. The OLED is off when it is pushed to the bottom of Light Box. Once the OLED connects to the batteries, four copper springs also hold it in position.
