zaha hadid design brings out sculpted glove clutch for perrin paris

perrin paris is a leather goods company known for combining fashion and jewellery to form a statement accessory; their brand signature being the clutch glove. with this, the artisans have collaborated with zaha hadid design to reveal a collection of seven clutches integrated with three different sculptural metal glove-pieces.

the ‘perrin paris x zaha hadid’ collection is limited edition featuring clutches finished in five colors: black, white, blush, lipstick and electric blue. the sculpted metallic glove-pieces are available in a variety of finishes including gold, rose gold, silver, or full red and blue to compliment the color of the clutch body. zaha hadid’s design language is accentuated through the fluid form of each metallic glove-piece and turns the clutch into pieces of jewellery when the user is holding the bag.

the collaboration between the parisian leather goods artisan and zaha hadid began when the architect received a perrin paris glove clutch as a gift before her passing. this triggered the connection and ultimately leading to the partnership focused on creating a unique capsule collection which reimagines the historic brand’s iconic glove clutch.
