‘profile’ by doganberk demir (1 and 4 meters) is based on the typology of the ‘h’ beam, from the construction elements and industrial structures that surround us
‘heavy light’ by philipp grundhoefer (4 meters) is a streetlight reduced to its essential elements: a lamp shade and a pole simply connected to each other, giving the impression of a strong tension between them
‘kobra’ by felix klingmüller (4 meters) is constructed from sheet metal instead than from profiles and solids, taking advantage of the specific characteristics of the LED module
‘outline’ by arthur raby (4 meters) is a design that features a single sheet of metal cut and folded in a way to hold the LED modules and at the same time give form to the pole and the lightpost’s top
‘facets’ by arnaud berthereau (1 and 4 meters) springs from the deliberate choice of working with volumes and proportions, using shape to suggest function, thereby expressing strength and dynamism
‘transition’ by kaixi he (1 meter) explores the material qualities of steel, it’s capacity to be formed, bent or flattened combined with solid and hollow volumes
