lebanese designer charles kalpakian has designed ‘rocky’, a credenza featuring well-defined angular and sculptural lines. kalpakian created a 3D variation of a classic pattern used by cabinet makers; playing with perceptions of space and volume that reveals itself and changes according to the observer’s point of view. made of steel, the coating of the shelves has a slightly textured touch and comes in three different colors – black, blue or aluminum grey. check out the middle eastern collection by charles kalpakian here.
