EOT design studio creates colorful, whispering rainbow in tehran

the ‘whispering rainbow’ is an interactive installation designed and constructed by EOT design studio. created on request by the municipality of tehran, the public element is located on the city’s hefdah-e-shahrivar street. the piece is made with 150 rolls of satin ribbon that, when shook in the wind, produce a shimmering rain sound. during the evening, lights at either end of ‘whispering rainbow’ illuminate the form.
