upon completion of an ‘ultra-luxury’ condominium in nolita, new yorkers will soon be able to embrace a building by famed japanese architect tadao ando. developed by sumida + khurana, the seven-story structure, built from ando’s signature concrete, contains 32,000 square feet of prime real estate. the design of each home is approached as a custom residence, with each unit given the utmost attention to detail and craft.
