multidisciplinary architecture studio NUDES, has transformed a disused garage into a beauty parlor in mumbai, using laser cut reflective discs to form a textured skin across the facade. the honey lulla hair and makeup academy features the diamond crusted panels in order to mirror the immediate environment and to bring attention to the glittering salon.

NUDES demolished part of the structure and inserted a sky-light into the roof, allowing guests to see the existing tree which hovers over the structure. the space which measures 350 sqft in size, features a styling station, back wash area, pedicure service and a place for make-up products to be displayed. the small hub provides a luxurious interior for customers and an ideal place for future hairdressers and beauticians to learn in a stylish environment in the heart of the bandra surburb of west mumbai.
