currently open to the public, the 15th international garden festival at les jardins de métis / reford gardens invites visitors to experience 22 diverse installations and contemplate new ways of seeing the world’s landscapes. located in quebec, canada, the exhibition unites the works by different designers based all over the globe, including seoul, santiago de compostela, new york, philadelphia, basel, amsterdam, paris and montreal. the various garden spaces are characterized through different atmospheric qualities, either aligned along the site’s sunny esplanade or occupying enclosed green rooms. the garden festival has repeatedly served as a forum for innovation and experimentation, and fosters interaction between the visual arts, architecture, landscape, design, and nature.
