the group of units unfold down the slope, giving each guest autonomy of view and space. inside, the multi-level units are loosely arranged. a mezzanine floor connects an upper loft — where circular windows overlook the landscape — and a slight decline leads to a living area and terrace access. in addition, exterior void spaces allocate room for jacuzzi’s, each unit having sole access to a tub. ‘hotel doban’ was designed collaboratively by HG-architecture and UIA architecture.
