design studio spinoff has completed the interiors for ‘beef & liberty‘, a gourmet burger restaurant in hong kong. situated amid a growing number of fashionable boutiques and cafés, the 83-seat diner caters to a mix of business people and families.
located on third floor level, guests are welcomed by the sight of the bar which features striking edison lamps. within the restaurant, seating is arranged around the kitchen, presenting dynamic views of food preparation. in order to complement the symbolic wall art by street artist cyrcle, dark brown and grayish tones were used throughout the design.
